Due to the nature of this product, Smart Smoke Inc. cannot issue refunds or exchanges on any liquid items, products that contain nicotine, operate with nicotine, or are used orally.

Batteries, Chargers, and Accessories can only be exchanged and must be received in new condition within 30 days of purchase date.

Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance items are sold AS-IS.

Smart Smoke devices generate heat and should be kept away from flammable substances and used carefully. Always dispose of batteries properly. Just like traditional tobacco cigarettes, Smart Smoke Electronic Cigarettes are not approved by the American FDA.
