Domestic Shipping Smart Smoke offers free shipping on any domestic order over $9.99. If your order qualifies for the standard free shipping option all items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Orders over 2 lbs receive a free upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping. If USPS shipping is selected, we cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office. Guaranteed delivery is only available on orders shipped via FedEx. All orders are shipped with Delivery Confirmation or Signature Required. Orders received before 12:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be shipped same day provided the item(s) is in stock. Out of stock items will be clearly marked. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. Expedited shipping is also available. Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout based upon the total weight of your order and the speed you wish you have your order delivered. If you select an expedited shipping option on an out-of-stock item(s), the item(s) will be shipped via the method selected when stock is replenished. Orders placed with an expedited shipping method after 12:30pm PST may not ship until the following business day. Saturday Delivery is available for an additional charge with FedEx Priority Overnight. An order must be placed with a representative for orders requiring Saturday Delivery.                 International Shipping Smart Smoke, Inc. has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Shipping is offered to over 250 destinations worldwide with both Standard and Priority shipping available.
